This site is designed to be a scrapbook of interesting and related items that will be woven into the book, and also provide an ongoing set of connections and conversations outside the finished book.
I will tend to categorise new posts in terms of the chapter they best relate to, but that does not necessarily mean that content appearing on this site will end up in the book, or as part of that particular chapter. It’s just a tidy way of drawing things together and making links.
